I just bought one. I'd been using one for awhile at the gym which a trainer had shown me how to use for situps & showed me the right size for me. I bought the same sized one at a local sporting goods store. It comes with a video, but I was wondering if anyone had recommendations for good DVDs to use to work out with it. I'd like to try other exercises on it.
