Default Exercise Balls

Would like to hear from anyone who uses an exercise ball. The kind that you use to lay/sit on and do crunches etc. Do you like it? Been thinking of getting one. I'm tall 5'11" and I wonder about being able to balance myself on the thing.

Thanks,

Rosemary

They do make them larger for taller people but you will likely need to go to a fitness store - Wal-mart & such never seem to have the larger ball & they never have any inflated you can try for size. Your knees should be at approx. a 90 degree angle when you sit on the ball.
