I bought one of the weighted hula hoops so that I'd have something to do inside once it starts getting colder (I've tried countless videos, and I've hated every single one). I can't get it to go around even once! I know it takes practice, but every time it falls it scrapes down my heel right above the back of my shoe.
Does anyone have any tips to help me get started a little less painfully? <g>
Hey Zoo, a while back a few of us got on the Hula Hoop kick, but I guess none of us really got it going or if we did we stopped posting about it, LOL! The best I can do is about 6 or 7 times around then it falls and bruises my shins. I got tired of that so I gave up. Now it just sits here taking up space in my living room.
