did anyone try this "Naturefit" ? i read so many recommendations about it until i read that it is all about laxatives and duiertives, thought they say it does so to help detox the body...
it consists of apple cider vinegar, peppermint leaves, birch leave, buckthorn, corn silk, senna, fennel, sage...
who knows anything about it?
i am a strong believer of the natural benefits of ACV, but the tastes
so i thought encapsulated ACV is the answer.. i do occasionally use sage and peppermint, senna, as herbal teas.. but i thought this might be better as they are compined in a studied way..
