they will probably not help you lose weight BUT they won't hurt you either.
The green tea extract does have some diuretic effect. Caffeine does rev your metabolism but it also can increase your hunger sometimes. I take the magnesium, biotin, Vitamin C and some of the other natural minerals because most of us who are overweight are deficient in those. Taking those have made me healthier but they haven't made me thinner.
You would be better off to take a good multi-vitamin.
Eat less and move more. You'll lose weight doing those two things.
