It is cheaper then meetings... and I don't have local meetings in my area so I use these boards for support. I think doing WW and eating several smaller meals a day is going to make a difference. ) had agreat time but glad to be home.. it sure is easier to maintain diet when you are at home..hello to the newbies im rosey from alaska.. i count carbs.. used to follow ww but after a dietician class i realized i was eating to much and too many carbs..i really recommend a diebetic eating class for anyone starting out and a refresher for us who have been at this awhile.. i learned alot..anyways welcome to our group.. havent heard from nusugar or rosetta in awhile hope you are both doing ok..its raining today but i feel like being lazy so its a good day for a pot of soup and a good book..(((((hugs))) rosey
