Here I am again with the splint on my wrist. I had to work all week and I guess it's just too much for my little body parts. I think the wrist is job-related instead of RA though. How frustrating.

I took my mom to the doctor last week and she got her test results back on Monday. She has cancer. They are going to do a hysterectomy on her on the 18th. Hopefully they have caught it soon enough. My mom is such a procrastinator when it comes to doctors. She will put it off and put it off until she feels so rotten or is in so much pain she can't handle it anymore. I'm praying my little heart out for her.

Charlotte-OH my gosh! I suppose you're looking at more surgery huh? I'm hoping your remicade kicks in and gives you some relief. Pain is the worst.

Hi Barb-Glad things are looking up your way! How are ya feeling? Looks like you overdid it the other day. Hopefully you're feeling better.

Gayle-Hi...long time no post. How did the visit with the physical therapist go? Hoping you're feeling okay too.

Rita-Hello! I'm doing fine...other than the wrist thing. I'm getting so sick of it...

Hi Joanne, and Happy Chanuk. HOpe to hear from you soon. I'm going to go rest my hand...and sleep it off. Charlotte, hope you feel better tomorrow.

Congratulations to your son, Joanne!! I hope they are very happy together. It does us a lot of good to see our children happy....it doesn't matter what their age is. What kind of wedding did they have? Come on & tell all!
How are you doing? What temperature is it at your beach, now? You know I covet your beach, don't you? Wonder if I'm sinning? I don't want to take it away from you, though, so maybe I'm alright, there. Just want one of my own. ::

Chrily...I'm so sorry about your mother. Prayers are going up for her. Hope your wrist gets better, also. I know that must be very annoying.
I'm feeling better, now that the Remicade is kicking in...thanks. I go Tuesday to find out what will happen about my neck problems.

Hope all have a good weekend. Hope to hear from all of you, soon.

Default Hey There

Angel- It was a very nice noon time wedding at the Methodist church chapel. Only close relatives there. It was a second wedding for both of them. The bride wore a white long dress with a lot of black beading. She wanted a gown she could wear more than once. They had a dinner for all of us at a local restaurant and they had a few extra friends there. They had a small cake. It was just enough. They were not stuck with loads of cake.We had a choise of fish ,chicken or steak. with black beans and rice. Two different salads and snacks . It was nice.Drinks of choise. He did have some chanpagne.I had about an inch. I gave me a headache..I do not drink much of anything. They left today for a 5 day cruise.I am babysitting a old dog. Black Lab..That part I am not so happy about, but, it is saving them a lot of money.
I walked to the beach today .It was 70 degrees.. It is supposed to be in the 70's all week. We may get some cool weather next week.. You should plan to take your vacation down here sometime. I would love to show you around. We are a tourist area..There are several R.V. parks in this area..I am glad you are feeling better.
Hello Chris and Rita..Joanne
