how to know if u're in ketosis and what to do next
hey guys so i've been trying the keto thing for like 2 weeks now and i think i'm in ketosis but idk for sure like i feel less hungry and my energy is kinda stable but also my breath is a bit weird lol is that normal btw i heard some ppl use those strips to check but are they even accurate or just a waste of money also i kinda messed up and ate like half a pizza last weekend did i ruin everything or can i just get back on track pls help a confused soul here.
