how to know if u're in ketosis and what to do next
hey guys so i've been trying the keto thing for like 2 weeks now and i think i'm in ketosis but idk for sure like i feel less hungry and my energy is kinda stable but also my breath is a bit weird lol is that normal btw i heard some ppl use those strips to check but are they even accurate or just a waste of money also i kinda messed up and ate like half a pizza last weekend did i ruin everything or can i just get back on track pls help a confused soul here.

struggling with detox and cravings any tips pls
ok so i started this [ detox ] thing to clean up my diet but man its been HARD like the first few days were ok but now all i can think about is sugar and junk food i even dreamt about eating a whole cake last night lol also im kinda tired all the time and my head hurts is this normal or am i doing something wrong i tried drinking more water and eating veggies but tbh its not helping much anyone else went thru this how long does it take to stop feeling like a zombie pls share ur experiences.
