Good morning. Jpanne I heard Zicam was good when you get a cold-it shortens it's length. It;s a nasal spray that you can get it in walmart.
My left ear is blocked. Getting my blood dobe this morning and pt this afternoon.
Candice, the lady said she didn't lose weight on the new progran so she is still doing the old points.
I lost 1.8 finally/ I was very happy.

I am on antibiotics for a week. I have been using zicam for several days. I have too much to do to get sick.

Worked on my cards all night and then went out and scooped snow ice and slush and hosed the junk out of the garage, squeeged and mopped. Then cam in and layed down..now gonna go stretch.

Good morning-I post in the dark so I don't see all the letters on the keyboard and I don't proofread it. Wow for the pt-I am so out of shape . I am doing exercises I haven;t done in years -back is better but hip hurts.
We are supposed to meet my som for lunch today. My sinuses have been clogged so they were worried about me getting sick because mil is going through radiation. I think it;s on here. I got my ear unblocked using olive oil.My doc told me about that back home.

I too use the 123 weight watchers system. I like it better . I no longer go to meetings.. I still measure and weigh most of the time. When my weight starts getting out of control back I go.

Good morning. I want some of your baking, Candice. Please make it wheat free. Sinuses are better. Went to lunch-nice to see everyone. Tomorrow night Bob and Pam will come down and go to church with us. The others will come over and we will have lasagna. And Christmas day we will go to Mike's.
Called my aunt and she still has pneumonia.
My grandson is with his other grandmother a few streets down. We went to the library and he picked out some books-grownup ones-he is 6. Not sure how far he will get.

Hi Happy..didn't see yo there before! 65..wow I didn't know you were than much older than me....-the 5! good you are getting your pension....2 of them at that! DH doesn't care if the gargae is dirty but I do, and the salt from the roads eats the concrete if you don't hose it out. We are getting more snow tonight and tomorrow so it will be junked back up again. I have managed to do a lot of baking this year, didn't for the last two with the move and construction and really enjoyed it but eating too much..gotta sample it all ya know. Hope your sinuses clear up too.

We went out with Bob and Pam again. They are staying overnight at a hotel so we went to dinner. They will go to church with us tonight I am making a lasagna.

Hello everyone, hope you all had a wonderful Christmas. We are snowed in. At least I am! All the family got here Saturday at 12 but left a little early Sat night for fear they might not get home as it was really piling up. We didn't have church Sun morning but some didn't like that so hubby went ahead and opened it up to whoever wanted to come Sun tonight. Our pastor is out of town so he had to go; I stayed home. There were only 11 there. I love snow, but I love it from inside the house! My in-laws are getting a lot worse about remembering things. My MIL had 4 things to bring and forgot 3 of them. They live right down the road and hubby had to go back to their house 3 times for her, poor thing. My FIL is worse than she is. We're afraid this may be their last Christmas with all the familly, esp. his. So sad. It was a good day altogether. Everyone got along and there were no fights ... so thankful for that!

I apologize for not checking in for so long. I am not accepting the Worship Leader job at church next year. I will serve through January and then be FREE! I told them I didn't want ANY jobs. I'm tired and always achy. I feel like I have the flu and I can't sleep at night. I go for days and days with no sleep until I finally just conk out. I don't need the stress and it is a very stressful job and a lot of time consuming work. I have let my house work go until I'm ashamed for anyone to come here. Had my daughter and granddaughter come help me get ready for Christmas. All because I was giving so much time to Church stuff. Too much 'busy' work going on.

I have officially retired. I have also won my disability case and they set it back a few years. Hubby was happy about that as I am now on Medicare and he can also retire. He is going to work until his BD next year when he will be 65, though.

Well, I guess that about wraps it up with me. I'll be back more often, since I only have the Worship Leader job for one more month. Hope you have a HAPPY NEW YEAR!
