I just shoveld the deck so the dog sould use the back yard and then hosed down and squeegeed out the gargage, then swept the rest. My writst hurts from it and making cookies I guess.

Hi guys-sorry you can't find the posts. Nice to have you back Candice and you are still making cookies. Well-I gained last week. Want to get some new sneakers but they have to be cushiony. Bringing back the ones I got yesterday.

Happy Monday-hope the scale at the weight loss group is kind. I start pt today/ We went to a concert where my dil is in the percussion section and it only lasted to intermission when it poured. It was nice too. Gotta finish my cards and make one more thing to give away.
My son and wife will be down Christmas Eve and next day, Her mother is having radiation. so she can't fly home yet.

Hello Everybody... Our son graduates tonight from the law enforcement academy . Then he has to take the state exam.
I did what I have been saying I would not do. I put up a Christmas tree. No one will see it but my son and his wife and the hubby. He said he wanted it and he would help. Yeah.. From the couch!!Oh Well ..
That is not the end of it. We have to take the car to the shop in the morning.. Now if things are good ,they will tell him he needs a new one.. Fat Chance. They are making money off of him..
I have to write cards and still get a couple more gifts and that is before Friday.. We are going to our daughters then.Just for a few days..
It is supposed to get colder by tonight. I will cover some plants. Not all though,My yard is too big and I will just have to hope for the best.

Sounds funny to hear you say you will cover your plants. It was a nice enough day here today - around 20F. Had the windows opened for a bit to get in some fresh air. The sun has some strength still.

Sounds like everybody is getting things finished for the Christmas season. It is coming up fast. Did a cookie exchange at work, so had to bake 12 doz cookies, and today I got back 12 different baked items. Some good, some, well NOT so good lol

My toe is finally starting to heal, and I can wear my runner for the full day. STill can't get into to many other type shoes, as that toe is still swollen. She said it would take 2 or 4 months for the swelling to go down.

Wow-we are singing again. Glad your toe is better, Anne. I am not done but it;s easier because we have a $100 grab with our kids so I shop for 2 people instead of 9. Left the kids presents back in NE. I told Brad I wanted a mother's ring to replace the one that was stolen. So I picked it out online, waiting for it.
I do miss a tree but always got asthma from all the dust .
I did some lazy baking -cookies from a refrigerator pkg. But the people I gave them to didn't seem to mind.
Going to Bob Evan's and church. We drive the old people there,
I have been eating soup all week and the scale is moving=finally. It;s Waist Watchers and a 1$ a week. Really nice people,

Hi Happy...I still have a bad toe...did you have surgery on yours?

I got an areos pilates machine about a year agoa nd I love it....when I can't do the treadmill or other stuff this is great..although oit makes my neck hurt that leads to a headache if I over do. Been baking up a storm....planningot give most fo it away. The weatehr here is snow and more snow so I dont' get out much.

Happy...the cookies exchange I went to was a big flop....Mine were the best there Your card might get mailed later this week...they are on order!

My baking is in the freezer. I give it away. I heard about the new WW program. I know someone who goes there. They give you more points but they raised the points, Fruits and veggies are free.
Focus is on eatinf healthy.
Going to church for 8. I made some fruit kabobs for Sunday school/the other person is bringing sweets/

Well ,I am back from my weekend with my daughter and her family. I have come down with a chest cold ,so, I will be in Dr's office in the morning. My kids are so paranoid and afraid it will go into pneumonia.. After the past 2 years I can't take any chances..
It was a nice weekend and we had a early Christmas with our family. It was the hubby's birthday so we did a lot of eating.. I will get on the scale tomorrow..
We will be with our son on Christmas day.. More eating!!!!!!!!
By for now.. I have put away most of our stuff and now I just need to sit back for the rest of the day..

Mima..thanks...I would like info before I invest in new material. hope your blood work is ok....I am fighting high blood sugar..a1c was 6.2 last time and the doc was not thrilled.
