I think the first thing you should do is see a DOCTOR to make sure there isn't a serious physical cause (ie, like diabetes), esp since you are swollen in so many places. I have a friend around the same weight as you who gets swollen ankles and feet: she has lots of health problems and is under a physician's care.
I used to have swollen feet and calves, but my feet are now better as I wear slippers all the time and that helped. For my calves, I lay with them elevated about 1-2 hours each day and that really helps. I also take vitamin B6 supplement as that helps get rid of excess water naturally (Swiss brand). I also cut down my salt use and that helps; and I am on Metformin and that may be helping a bit.
My friend wears special stockings to help prevent the swelling, but they are expensive; but she says they work for her. For me getting off my feet and putting them up has worked the best.
