Hang in there
Hi Gracie and all:
Gracie, hang in there. My highest weight was 190, I am top heavy, so I have been asked from time to time if I was expecting..it is hurtful. I have lost 20lbs but need to loose more.
Think positive..start out with mini goals---Strive to loose 5lbs before concentrating on trying to loose 50, drink plenty of water, get some type of exercise, even if you have to sit down doing it...movement will keep your limbs and bones flexible, you will tone and look smaller and eventually loose with even small changes to your diet...
