Default thyroid,pcos & .......

Hi all,
So here’s my story, at 19 was diagnosed with hypo thyroid then at 26 PCOS also when I was 26 had surgery to remove my gallbladder. Well since then have had a lot of pain in my right side where your gallbladder is. It took me four years but I finally went back to the doctor, (I had gone before but the pain comes and goes so didn’t think much about it.) after having a ultrasound they have determined that I have fatty liver (not related to alcohol) . I have tried to find out information and hope that there is someone out there who might be able to help me in my journey not sure if anyone else is in the same boat as me. The last doctor I seen pretty much said I was fat and needed to lose weight. Like I didn’t know I was big……….
I find that I have little to no energy and am so tired. It doesn’t matter if I have slept for 5 hours or 10 I still feel crappy.
have a wonderful weekend

Hi there, and ! Don't you just LOVE doctors? They can be so insensitive and state the obvious without finding out what you are doing, eating, etc.

I am hypothyroid, and diabetic. Can you walk? A moderate 30 minute walk a day does wonders for your energy level. I am clueless as to what a fatty liver is, but it seems that exercise should help that?!

I hope you find the encouragement and support you need on here! What plan are you following? (I follow Sugarbusters..and love it!)

Talk to your DR about SYNDROME X, I have PCOS, hypothyroid, IR, & my triglycerides are through the roof and I have tried everything I know to and my dr is a quack I think, I am trying to switch now but my aunt has the exact same problems as me and she went to SHANDS in g/ville FL and was recently diagnosed with Syndrome X AKA Metobolic Symdrome, I am trying to get my labs from my current DR now so that I can get treatment for it.
