Someone sent me this recipe and I have no idea where she got it...so I have no idea who to give credit to. Sorry (it was good though )

Cherry Coke Cheesecake

1 cup diet Cherry Coke -- boiling
3 ounces cherry sugar free jello
16 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla -- pure

Dissolve jello in Cherry Coke. Pour into blender. Add cream, cream cheese and vanilla.
Blend well until very smooth and creamy.
Pour into 6 custard cups and cover with plastic wrap.
Refrigerate until firm.
