Busy with the annual folk fest I attend....4 days of fun then heading away for a week....so have to pack etc
things are good just feeling a tad overwhelmed.

Can;t talk long, in-laws here. Yes Cathy I have been loving water aerobics. I go 1/2 hour early and swim laps before and then do aerobics for an hour. It is almost over though. Wednesday is the last day they have it. I am sad and I don't know what I am going to do to work out after that I will have to figure it out. I hope everyone has a great weekend. It is DD 2nd birthday tomorrow, so I have many things planned and will not stay on plan but I am giving myself permission to go off. Talk to you later.

Good morning,

Trish happy birthday to DD 2 Yep I love the pool too, its my only exercise that I truly enjoy, I can get lost in the pool for hours and now that august is coming to an end, its kind of a bummer b/c so is swim season.

Nothing much happening today, weight is still the same... uhhh 5 lb challenge LOL. We will be pooling today but thats about it.

Whats everyone up to this pretty weekend?

After I go food shopping this morning, it'll be the pool and some laundry but thats about it. How about you?
