Me and the dog were up at 5am! well, then i hit the snooze and we were up at 5:09 am! okay then I hit the button again and we really did get up at 5:18am!
Almost an excuse not to go for a jog, but i knew i would feel better. Besides what would i normally be doing with that little bit of time between 5:18 and 6:00am? Hitting the snooze! So we managed to squeeze in a 1.5 mile jog before work, about 20 minutes of aerobic activity, but it's better than none and it keeps me in better shape than laying about i suppose. Up and at em! |

I drug myself out of bed at 5 am this morning and did 2 miles with Leslie Sansone. I used her new Walk Slim Fast 2 mile dvd.

On Saturday I cleaned house for over 6 hours. That was my exercise for the day!
I got a new Leslie Sansone dvd in the mail. It's called Walk Slim 4 Mile Fast & Firm This morning I got up at 5 am and did 3 miles in 45 minutes. I did the first 2 fast miles and then the last mile of firming with the elastic bands. :carrot: is anybody else exercising? |
