Hi Kathy, A really good friend of mine has been taking Cymbalta for about a month now. The only side effects he noticed was sweaty palms and a little bit of tiredness which went away after about 2 weeks. He has to take it with food or he gets an upset stomach but other than that it has helped him so much. He takes it once a day and started feeling so much better after about 3 weeks after starting it.
