I get that magazine, I'll have to actually look at it when it comes in.
I believe filling up on lc fruits and loads of veggies is the best thing anyone can do to get healthy, lose weight and feel full.
Being on Atkins, I do miss the summer fruits like watermellon, peaches, black plums....but the good thing is, I can have cantelope, berries and strawberries, not to shabby huh.
