Well today is gonna be a great day ladies Down another 1/2 pound this morning and I am more motivated than ever...( I think the sugar withdrawl is over with )
Breakfast- 1 egg and a carbsmart vitamin
lunch- baked whiting fish with butter and olive oil, and green beans
Breakfast - 1 egg, 1 lite english muffin, 1 wedge laughing cow lite
snack - 1 container low fat cottage cheese (snack sized)
lunch - salad with tuna, olive oil, and vinegar
snack -
Dinner -
water - 24 oz so far

I just have to ask - what is a "laughing cow lite"? is that some type of diet ice cream? seems like I remember some ice cream having the word "cow" in it? I want to know what I'm missing. hehe

Thanks for the applause Cathy, I've never really ran outside before, but would really like to start. I'm thinking of adding some outside jogging miles to my June goal. It's so muggy here today though that I can't imagine running outside. I'll have the fan blowing right at my b__t while on the TM today for sure.Thanks again
