Also, try the intermittent fasting and follow a balanced diet.

1 pound a week is a healthy weight loss. Sadly, it’s a marathon not a sprint.

I think you would be far better to just calorie count than using Weight Watchers. It’ll give you more control and you’ll be able to understand nutrition for life rather than just for the ‘length of your diet’ which is so important for maintenance. Have a look on the starter guide in this subreddit for more information!

Try HIIT Cardio
Strength training is especially effective because it helps build muscle, which in turn increases your metabolism, even when you're at rest.

It sounds like you're eager to accelerate your weight loss journey! Those tips cover a lot of important aspects. Strength training and HIIT cardio are great for building muscle and torching calories. Protein and fiber are key for staying full and supporting muscle growth, while healthy fats keep your energy stable. And of course, getting enough sleep can't be overlooked—it's essential for recovery and overall well-being. Keep focusing on whole or use of the nature meds supplements, nutrient-dense foods, and you'll see those results add up! If you want to dive deeper into any of these, feel free to ask.

I can add the absolute necessary aspect: drinking enough water.
Because if you are dehydrated you will be tired all the time and feel sick.
As well as it makes your dieting a lot more harder.
If you drink enough water it will make you feel full for a long period of time.
Try it out, by calculating your water intake for weight loss.
Take care and update us on your progress!
I hope you do well!

I have just replaced my one-time meal with Salads and Boiled food and so far the results are quite convincing.
