good to hear you making jokes Lisa! and glad to hear you are enjoying reading again. Hoping so much though that the money situation improves and you don't feel that pressure.
worked 50 hours last week but I survived
and even felt up to doing a long workout just now. I already had my 2 cups of coffee by 7 and picked up the living room and vacuumed.

Ate more than I have in a LONG time. Fortunately, the scale only went up a few pounds. I am determined to get it back off quickly. I've been working out a little more often lately.
A big improvement over not working out at all! So hopefully I can get my act together and keep it together in the new year. I need to remember my own advice about focusing on PROGRESS rather than perfection. I am another year older as of December 4th, and it always sucks to plug in my new age in our treadmill... but at least I'm still kickin'!
