Hello Everyone! I love seeing lots of activity here! Lots to respond to. I have been doing pretty well. Eating has been okay and exercise has been good. About two weeks ago, I changed all of my supplements I used to take to supplements for adrenal fatigue (self-diagnosed). It might have caused my hypothyroidism. I will talk to the endocrinologist about it at my November 19th appointment. My wean off of Abilify continues to go great! I am down to 5 mg, which isn't even a therapeutic dose. Will be on 5 mg about 20 more days and then OFF of Abilify COMPLETELY ~ for the first time in about 12 years!!! I can't wait!!!
Kay: I am so sorry that you are losing your boss and last ally at work.

I totally understand your fear about the new person they will hire, but as Fi said, be patient and wait to see what happens. Maybe you will be pleasantly surprised and the new person will be an ally as well. I sure hope so! I will keep the situation in my prayers. All will be well. Hang in there! Regarding the emotional eating, be patient with yourself and do the best you can. You are under a lot of stress right now with the changes at work. Would journaling about your feelings help? Also, try your best to focus on what is going RIGHT in your life right now. When it seems like everything is going wrong, that can help. Even little things that are going right matter if you let them. It can totally change your perspective and outlook on your life. Good luck in the days ahead! I hope all works out well for you!
Holly: I am so happy to hear that you will have 2 days off in a row every week for the next 6 months. Much needed, I am sure! Something POSITIVE about your winter job, right?!?

Thanks for being here to respond to everyone. Your input is always helpful and thoughtful. Great job on all the clutter you are getting rid of! I am jealous! It is just so difficult for me to do, but I am working on it. Glad you got out on your bike again!

I know you love it! Wishing some sunshine your way!
Lisa: I am actually happy to hear that you called off work that day when you needed it. That is taking care of yourself! Sometimes, something just has to give! So sorry to hear about your Math grade. Can you bring it up before it is too late and still pass the class? I hope today is migraine-free for you. I love that you have been checking in often despite the fact that you've been struggling. It is always great to hear from you!

You will have to post a picture of your hat for us when it is complete. Would love to see it!
