Hey there April - girl I guess we can kind of do whatever we want to do here, until somebody tells us we need to do it differently! lol

I just made a new thread here called Cathy's Food Journal - if you wanna put yours there that would be fine, or you can put April's Food Journal - or I know - how bout we just put something like Daily Food Journal and anybody who wants to can post their daily food intake there. Leens, you might have a better way of doing this. whatever - I'm easy.

wow gals! how do we all deal with what we deal with?

Cathy.. sounds like you and I have some common things with our sons.

Ladies, the bookstore phoned me and my copy of SouthBeach was in. They weren't expecting them for two more weeks! I zoomed down to the mall and bought it. Hub and I bought Shanghai Knights (Jackie Chan movie.. just released on dvd/video today). We are both big fans. So we watched the movie. But I WILL read that book tomorrow! I skimmed thru fast and it looks very good.

I hope everyone has a better tomorrow.. I truly do!

Cathy, Yes I remember what 180 feels like thats why I'm so depressed, I want to get back there so bad, really I want to be 155 or so. Sigh ~

April, of course you can post your menu's here, you can do what ever you please.
