I like also chicken, but I also put fish into consideration, in fact for me fish is better than chicken. Fish should be a staple of any weight control or weight loss program.

I really enjoy fish and shrimp. Fish, specifically, I enjoy tilapia and salmon. They're super easy to make, and most packages will have them individually wrapped. I bread and bake the tilapia myself, so I know exactly what's in the breading, and I grill the salmon (it just tastes better thank baking, in my opinion). Shrimp is a great after-work snack - I put some pre-cooked shrimp in a snack baggie and place them in a bowl of cold water to let them thaw (takes about 10 minutes), then I have them cold with cocktail sauce. Let me know if you'd like more detailed recipes.
