Menu today so far - breakfast was a lean pocket with low sodium v8 juice. I find I need a breakfast with protein in it to get me going. Cereals just don't last as long. Lunch is Fire grilled chicken and vegetables, pretzel snaps and an apple, Dinner is a fish recipe I found on allrecipes.com. Now it sounds kind of weird, I admit it, but I am food adventerous

.. The recipe is for sole and bananas. I know what you are thinking.. fish and bananas? Well fish and other fruits work, so I thought I'd give this a whirl. I've had some pretty good luck with recipes from that site. Last nite, I finished up the grilled carribean chicken.. OMG was that tasty. I'll probably have broccoli or zucchini or carrots or all of them with dinner. And I have a dab of couscous leftover. Dessert will be applesauce with cinnamon.
I don't know HOW you eat grapefruit Leens. I remember trying it for the first time when I was a kid. My mother use to have that for breakfast a lot... ugghhhh. You can have my share of it. Yes, I'll remember you when I win Leens.. do you want fries with your burger?
