Hi there Jess
yep, still alive & kicking, albeit, a little sore from working out - I've had to take my exercising up a notch (doctor's appt in 2 wks) & my daily schedule is pretty much wrapped around it! I find that cardio exercise (although I hate it) has released a lot of stress and anxiety & I've been better able to cope w. life.
Things sound hopeful for you eh!? I really hope that you will be able to get some relief/help around the house on a more consistent basis - it sounds like you have a good relationship with your sister in law, that's great! My sister just moved back (only 1.5 hrs away instead of 7hrs) so I've been glad to see her & my nieces again on a more reg. basis.
Well, it's getting late here, gotta go to sleep now , tomorrow will come soon enough!
/cher
& so I don't forget....... Hello to Lauren & newbies, and Iris too (r u out there?!!)

Hi, haven't posted in a while, been depressed and isolated and binging nonstop for the past few months, it really does suck. I had lost 24lbs, and gained 12 of that back and it seems I look as fat as I was at 224.. I dunno what to do cause once I get in my depressive phases it's hard to control myself with food. It's also hard getting OUT of depression.
Anyway, hope everyone else is doing fine. I have to go shopping in like 5 hours and I haven't even slept yet.

morning everyone,
Butterfly our dog is a shi-tzu cross. We don't know what he is crossed with but he stands knee height and is over 40lbs!! When he has all his fur he looks like a miniature sheep dog. I clipped him the other night as with the snow his fur doesn't dry and he gets terribly smelly. But the poor thing was awfully cold this morning. I hope you hear about your pup soon and everything is legit.
Its snowing and blowing here. I'm driving DdA to the uni and meeting up with a friend of mine for coffee as her son and my daughter are in the same class. I made the mistake of reading the paper and listening to the news and I'm now so stressed with what the future may hold. Its terrible when you read the obits and think how lucky those people are. I just don't know what to do with myself. I sat in front of my light and thankfully I'll be going out so hopefully I smarten up soon.
Take care everyone and I hope you all have a good day,
K

Hehe Gradschoolmamma, he can be cute but there are times I'd like to do away with him especially when he tracks mud and leaves snowballs all over the place. We don't have any cats, which upset my one daughter and my hubby, but besides Max, we have a rabbit, two cockatiels, one budgie and fish. With three daughters I should be glad that is all we have. I've had to put my foot down on no more hamsters, yes they are adorable, but I hate having to help them die after two years, it hurts to much.

Welcome Gradschoolmamma! He's precious Buddly! I can't wait to dress my little dog up! After emailing and calling the ppl 3 times they finally called me back. It turns out the puppy I was looking at is only 3-4 pds which is itty bitty. I want a 6-8pd dog so I will have to wait for the next litter. I'm disappointed, but oh well! I'm happy Monday is over and I only have half a day of work before I'm off the rest of the week for Thanksgiving. Hope4me after looking at my room I decided I need a maid too!

Yeah I def. Need a maid...majorly bad.....then i would be able to sit around and watch tv all day..... bahhahahaa sorry I was dreaming there for minute. Actually today is one of those days I dont feel like doing a single thing. I just want to go put movies on and watch movies all day...BUT I cant I have school to teach since I missed a day last week for the boys SO anyways. I am stinkin tired...But I have learned the world still goes on even if i am tired.....atleast my house is straightened up this morning...I just had to sweep it actually looks good except for the few piles of laundry folded on the couch!! Laundry is WAY WAY WAY behind.... Ok well I have to get back to my screaming baby with eggs in her hair, defiant 2 year old that thinks she knows more than me, my overly sensitive 4 yr old , VERY hyper 5 year old and of course my suspended teenager !!!! YIPEEE... SCOTTIE BEAM ME UP ....I wish that worked !!! LATA
