Please don't be afraid to post, even if its just to say hello. Posting not only helps others, it helps you. Sometimes you might want to just babble on, you might want to say things just to get them off your chest or if you have advice for others. This is how we can support each other.

Leens is right again. Clinical depression is a icky illness to have.. and talking about it with people who understand can be a great help. Posting here has helped me.. its nice to know I am not alone out there.
