I've been on anti-depressants for 12 (!) years, and I really want OFF. Has anyone tried light therapy, bought a light box? Does it work?

This subject has been mentioned here many times before. Many folks sware by light therapy. I have seasonal depression and I've thought about bying a light so many times.

Remember not all "lights" are created equal...so do the research before investing the $$$$.

Don't be sorry, I forget about the search option too I will most likely get a light this year, I seem to be going thru my "changes" and well...my moods are changing as well.....
