can anyone give me a plan to follow to help combat depression and to lose weight....I am completely overwhelmed, i am seeing a dietician but cant get in for 3 weeks so in the mean time i will just go up the wall.......really need advise, i have been studying various diets for a long time but dont know how to fix depression or treat it and lose weight, its really cripling and i cannot control my impulses for food especially in the morning...i exercise also.....i feel like im just barely hanging on

You should see your regular doctor about the depression. There are some antidepresants will cause weight gain but I've heard that some, like Celexa have no side effects like that. Maybe you can start off by eating 6 small portions of healthy foods each day until you go see your dietician?
