help
can anyone give me a plan to follow to help combat depression and to lose weight....I am completely overwhelmed, i am seeing a dietician but cant get in for 3 weeks so in the mean time i will just go up the wall.......really need advise, i have been studying various diets for a long time but dont know how to fix depression or treat it and lose weight, its really cripling and i cannot control my impulses for food especially in the morning...i exercise also.....i feel like im just barely hanging on
