Hope - stop beating yourself up about not 'working as hard' as your fiance - no, stop it right now! I do this too - and it is very debilitating, isn't it? I hear ya, girl

Isn't it funny how this depression thing creeps up on you? I just now realised that I'm having a bad week. I've been napping and not getting anything done. I bemoan the state of my house and make lists of things to do but ... nadda! My food and exercise are all over the place. I'm absolutely obsessive about 3FC. And it never even occurred to me that I was doing it.
Calmly now ... I will take my little pill and sleep well and start new in the morning.
Good to catch it just a few days in, yes?

Hello everyone. I am feeling much better today! I'm proud of myself, too. I started writing down what I eat. I'm hoping that'll help me to get back on track as far as my eating goes. What I ate today was all very healthy and good. Hopefully tomorrow will be alright as well!

Tomorrow's going to be a good day, I know it. My boyfriend and I are going to see a movie. I'm really looking forward to it. Hope everyone else is doing well!

Hope, my house is soooo cluttered its amazing how I find anything. Don't think that way about your DF because I can bet he doesn't think that way about you. If I compaired myself to my DH oh boy would I be in trouble...this guy does NOT sit down, I mean he goes from 5:30 AM until about 8 PM NONSTOP..if only I had 1/4 of his energy phewwww the stuff I would get done... but you know... I don't I just do the best I can. A full time job, kid, cooking, cleaning... and no time for me (guess thats why I'm fat lolol). But ya see what I'm saying.... bottom line is he loves you for you, so be happy about that

Cathy how goes your week of no caff? did ya make it lol. Hows' the rain?

Susan hope your today is better than yesterday. Ya feeling better?

Well girlies, its cleaning some what today, then swimming, then to the carnival and fireworks tonight.. thats enuf huh.

I'm not too bad thanks folks. I have a bit of a cold and wouldn't be surprised that that is draggin me down some. And tylenol makes me sleepy too.

I worked for 4 hours this morning, have my kitchen in order, went out to lunch with DH and have supper pretty much ready to go. So I feel a little more 'together' today.

What a beautiful warm summer breezy morning here in NJ. We went to the bagel store and got some bagels then took them to the park and ate them sitting under a beautiful tree. Then we watched DD play on the playset there for a little while. The sun IS hot !!

In a while I'll be in the pool. I really need to clean upstairs so I'll prob do some of that.

Thats about it for the day.

Morning chickies!

Things are better here - mum has settled in and really is doing quite well, considering what she's been through. She's managing the stairs, which means she can sleep nicely in the spare room instead of downstairs... with the dog... Thanks for thinking of me - it is tiring, as she can't do too much for herself yet, but she will get stronger every day, or at least every week!

I was up and out this morning for my run - it is going to be hot and thundery here again today, so it made sense... although i SWEAR I am not really even awake when I leave the house!!!

Not much else of news - Hope, hang in there... bring that eating back under control, girl! You CAN do this, I KNOW you can!!!

Everyone else - have a super, moving shaking day, and keep smiling today!
