I would love to join in on this challenge if it's not too late. I would like to hit 180 by Valentine's Day. I gained WAY too much weight while pregnant (not to mention I was about 20 lbs overweight to begin with) and it has been 17 months since my son was born and I still have 57 pounds left to lose. I have been really good about diet and exercise this week and a challenge is just what I need to keep it up.

Hoping to be slightly sexier by Valentine's.

I'd like to join this mini challenge. I've set myself some goals for the New Year and i know these mini challenges will keep me in check.
I'd like to lose 10 pounds by Feb 14. This would suit me fine as it is just after my kids go back to school after their Summer holidays and if I can achieve that then it will be a god starting point for the next block of weight loss.

Hello! I'm new here and this mini challenge sounds great! Is it too late to join? My roomies and I have a weigh-in tomorrow so I'll update with my current info then! MY goal is to lose 10 pounds by Valentines Day. I'll do this by drinking water and only water.....and following my WW diet and exercise plan! Everyone here is doing so well so far! I've been motivated! THANK YOU all!

I did my official weigh-in this morning and I'm down to 177 lbs.! I'm so excited! I think I can make my goal by valentine's day and then some, I'm really optimistic!

Okay, life has gotton in the way again. Hubby is flying to Florida this week for a job interview. We are cleaning the house and putting it on the market. Once it sells, I am moving out there as well! His flight is set for the 3rd, coming home Mar 5th. I want to be in my old waredrobe for sure by then. I figure 20 pounds by March 3rd, so 15 by Valentines day. A bit more modivation, plus it will be soooo much easier to stay on my diet with him gone. He is a bad bad influence, lol.

Hi there, I was VERY disappointed when I got on the scale this morning- up 15 pounds since last May. I was getting ready for a cruise last year and got down to my goal weight and now have almost put it all back on!!!
But of course there is no one to blame but me!!! So I am up for this challenge and hope to lose 10 by Valentines.... should be no problem. Did my workout today and counted my calories!! Wish me luck!! And good luck and good job to those already working towards their goal!!!

I got my work out in today. I am going back to school tomorrow and it is the beginning of final exam period. I need to make sure I stay on track even when it so easy to get stressed out and distracted.

Sorry to be absent so much lately but I can't help it. I am trying to get my house up for sale with my husband is across country! Hard to do with 4 sons and 1 being 6 months old.

I am forgetting counting calories for now. I do not have enough hours in the day. I dug out my Richard Simmons Food Mover and I am keeping track that way. It is the same amount of calories that way, calorie counting or WW. Just a different package.

I have no intention of giving up the challenge, just won't have as much time to check in and respond. Gotta pack up the clutter, clean and rearrange and keep clean. Can't wait for this to be OVER!

Congrats on the loss Alyss! I had a good week y'all. I stayed the same or I am up half a pound (I don't have a digital scale). But yesterday was the first day in a long time I had healthy and positive body image. I felt hot, and that's a thousand times more important to me than losing weight. That and improving my fitness.

My goal was 5lbs I weighed in on Sun and was down 6.5 so i'll try for another 5lbs........
