Day 5: Lazy bum
Day 6: Walked 45 minutes.
Day 7: Walked 15 minutes.
Day 8: Walked 45 minutes.
Day 9: Bike 7 minutes, Elliptical set at 4 for 25 minutes.
Day 10: Bike 7 minutes, Elliptical set at 5 for 30 minutes.
Day 11: Bike 7 minutes, Elliptical set at 5 for 30 minutes.
Day 12: Walked 45 minutes.
Day 13: Walked 45 minutes.
Day 14: Bike 7 minutes, Elliptical set at 5 for 30 minutes.

Month total: 438
Month Goal: 600

Wow that would be fun!! Thanx hun! It is crazy! I am so jazzed I normally give myself a day off at least once a week but I am thinking of going today too! :D Gosh those extra days of walking a little longer really add up!! I am at 980 minutes and 49 miles!!!

Haven't been back to post for awhile. I don't walk every day, but I do other exercise some days ( Aquacize, Stationary bike, etc)

Oct 10 Walked in neighborhood 30 minutes
Oct 15 Walked at mall 30 minutes, Walked dog 21 minutes

I have done 725 of my 900 and plan to add at least 65 more minutes today! I was suprised to look and see I have only had 1 day with NO exercise in the past 18 days. ! I need to keep up with this. I like the accountabiliy.

That is great this sounds like this is really helping you! I know it hs helped me cause I don't want to eat my words! :lol: You know, not accomplish what I said I would and I am just taking this SO seriously! hahaha

I am at 58 miles and 1160 minutes!!

Everyone else is doing so awesome! Keep it up!!!
