Okay, here's my minutes so far... I'm posting it as a new message, because i met my goal! YAY!:woo:

October 1 & 2, was sick as a dog, so no walking that amounts to anything.
October 3 - 20 minutes (880 to go!)
October 4 - 40 minutes (840)
October 5 - 45 minutes (795)
October 6 - didn't get much of a chance :(
October 7 - 200 minutes (595 left! i LOVE the weekends! :carrot:)
October 8 - 70 minutes (525)
October 9 - 35 minutes (490 to go! yippee!)
October 10 - 30 minutes (460)
October 11 - 30 minutes (430)
October 12 - 45 minutes (385)
October 13 - 30 minutes (355)
October 14 - 50 minutes (305)
October 15 - 60 minutes (245)
October 16 - none today... i did a DDR workout, instead

That is great watch it break!!! Everyone else is doing great too! Well I am on track. 6.6 more days of walking for the month and ill have this 90 miles done!!

this month? i'm not sure exactly... prolly most of the 7 pounds that i've lost, total, since i didn't really start working on my weight until September 21. :)

since i started making a point of getting at least 30 minutes of exercise every day, my weight has fluctuated a lot. i assume (and HOPE! :p) that it's because i'm building up some muscle. yay for muscle! :D

Congrats Watch it break!!! I Finished my 900 minutes today:balloons: :cheer: :tread: !! I am now up to 905. I am going to try to get in 400 more minutes by Halloween! That will bring my total for the month to 1300. Last month I challenged myself to 1200 minutes and made it with time to spare.

Congrats to you to getnhealthy!! This is such a great challenge! We cant all gurantee getting off 10 pounds in a month but I know I can hit an exercise/walking challenge! I have already challenged myself to a new exercise goal. Since we have 30 days left until thanksgiving, I plan to do 1400 minutes of intentional exercise by then. I will continue to add in my minutes here though so I can see how many minutes I can reach until the end of October!!

You ladies are all doing awesome!!! I know we can do this!! Well I am up to 1550 minutes and 77.5 miles now. Just 250 minutes more!! So like a days worth! Hooray!!
