April Exercise Challenge
Spring into spring with energy and exercise!

Since I made both my exercise goals in March I'm going to try and do a bit more in April.
April Goals: 400 minutes and 11 days of exercise of at least 20 min per session |

I am trying to increase my steps.
I did barely any walking for the last 4 months so I have upped it this month and Im trying to do at least 5000 steps a day for the month to get me into the habit of doing it and then with a goal to increase it next month again. So I figured that 5,000 steps over the month (with one day off a week!) should be around 130,000 steps April 1 - 1,515 April 2 - 12,609 April 3 - 4,957 April 4 - self care day - didn't wear Fitbit April 5 - 5940 Total so far - 25,021 |

Everyone looks like they're doing really well with their exercise. As for me, I'm struggling to get myself motivated to get moving. I'm thinking of buying a Fitbit like LittleLostMe has done. Maybe that will help. The weather was very nice today and I managed to get walk in.

flower1: A Fitbit definitely helped me with motivation at one time. It turns getting steps into a game -- fun and motivating!

Gardenerjoy: Hopefully it will help with the motivation like it did for you. Fitbit will probably have a sale on for Mother's Day so I think I will buy one then.

I'm pleased to be at least half-way on all of my goals, at the half-way point of the month. I had to work for that in the last week, due to some lackluster days earlier in the month.
