I got a big drop on the scale this morning – the one day that it doesn’t “count” in a monthly challenge. Ha!

With the results I had last month, this month I am going to be ambitious again. I am going to try to lose 4 kg again (8.8 pounds)

I'm going on vacation on July 15 and I hope to reach 85 kilos before my flight. It's my new motivation. I hope we all get good results.

My scale is being a roller coaster, but it's roughly moving in the right direction, so good enough.

I'm making less exercise this month, too many things to do so I will probably lose less weight this month, but it's still good.

I'm doing quite well thanks. how are you Joy & everyone?

start: 15st 2.5lb / 212.5lb
target: 14st 13lb / 209lb
target loss: 3.5lb

current: 14st 12.75lb / 208.75lb
loss: 3.75lb

I seem to have lost my month's target amount in 8 days. I guess I was carrying quite a lot of "muscle repair" weight from my sailing - I was really sore though!

I'm going to keep going & see if I can lose a few more lbs this month. I'm on holiday in France the last two weeks of the month & I'm usually more active when I'm away - I lost some weight there last year in spite of eating mostly cheese.

My weight is up a startling amount. I'm blaming a couple of bad days last week. Since I got a drop this morning, I'm assuming that this will take care of itself now that I'm following my plan, again.

Looks like this month was not a good start for all of us, except MrBadger.
I have been weighing but not posting because I was hoping for it to come down…. And it finally started to.

It's hard to diet if you can't exercise. I have a sprained ankle, so no exercise for me. I also have a hand injury, so I'll need to pray to lose weight

1/06: 89.8 kg (197.9)

19/06: 89.4 kg (197,0)
