as for me, I feel like I keep saying this, I am getting my 10,000 steps most days but not actually exercising. Moving back into the house the week and moving out of the apartment by 6/30, then hopefully I can get the “gym” set up in the house and get some exercise in (or at least have the time to go to the gym)
Eating take out has not been good for me, but no time to cook.

Three weeks in and I'm back to my starting place. Ha! Actually, that feels pretty good, given the long journey up and back down. I've got a new structure that's helping me be a little more focused on a way of eating that works for me. It seems to work, if I work it!
