I seem to have lost my month's target amount in 8 days. I guess I was carrying quite a lot of "muscle repair" weight from my sailing - I was really sore though!
I'm going to keep going & see if I can lose a few more lbs this month. I'm on holiday in France the last two weeks of the month & I'm usually more active when I'm away - I lost some weight there last year in spite of eating mostly cheese.
My weight is up a startling amount. I'm blaming a couple of bad days last week. Since I got a drop this morning, I'm assuming that this will take care of itself now that I'm following my plan, again.
Looks like this month was not a good start for all of us, except MrBadger.
I have been weighing but not posting because I was hoping for it to come down…. And it finally started to.

It's hard to diet if you can't exercise. I have a sprained ankle, so no exercise for me. I also have a hand injury, so I'll need to pray to lose weight
