I'm setting a maintenance goal this month. Since I spent much of October around 88.0, it will feel like progress if I can keep my weight below 87.5 for much of this month.

Here’s to a positive productive month for us all! I have to get my butt to the gym… been driving around all week with my gym bag & just haven’t gotten there… been doing a lot of walking in place while watching TV at home to get my steps in for the day. Hoping to get there after work today.

There definitely should be a glossary of acronyms somewhere. Some are very confusing. (NSV took me a while to figure out also)
I was hoping to be a little lower… tomorrow is hubby’s Bday so we’re going to be celebrating.. Looks like we’re all hanging in there on the half-way mark on the month.
