Looks like we’re all hanging in there on the half-way mark on the month.
All in all I didn’t do too bad with the celebration weekend. well done everyone who's been making good progress. still 10 days of the month left to lose a little more. :)
start: 16st 2.25lb / 226.25lb target: 15st 11lb / 221lb target loss: 5.25lb current: 15st 12lb / 222.0lb lost: 4.25lb to lose: 1.0lb 1.25lb lost since last time; 3.25lb loss this month. fortunately we don't have Thanksgiving here to derail me! |

I'm currently failing spectacularly, but I'm going to assume that today's scary number is a temporary glitch and not allow it to discourage me.

I have gone in completely the wrong direction. Going to enjoy my Thanksgiving, but not over-do it & hopefully back on track tomorrow & this jump doesn’t hold.
