hello!
Nothing new to report, just checking in basically. I figured I should state that I do have swings in weight so that might help others out who could be reading our thread even if they don't actually post anything. I posted I was 171.4 and then after say 1500 calories the next day it was 170 even...yay! And then I had a much higher calorie day than normal (actually it was 2400 )

. The next day it popped up a pound and a half! The next day was 1800 calories and it went back down a pound. The point is the numbers can bounce up and down quite a bit just because of the amount of fiber, sodium, carbs, etc...Yesterday I was up to 173 and today it was back to 171.8. I don't post every single .4 up and down scale variation because that would be truly boring but it's reality. It's not just lose, lose. lose easy peasy. If it were that easy everyone would be thin.
KStrong Knowing you've stayed under 190 for 4 years is inspiring! It's good you've kept away from the alcohol, as we all know it is just empty calories. We just have to decide what we want to spend our calorie budget on each day and if it's "worth" spending those calories or not. I feel like saying this to you is preaching to the choir, you know this better than I do.
Did you all know that the average woman in the United States is 5'4 and 170 pounds? That weight is overweight for a 5'4 woman but I found the stats interesting. Also the average waist is 37 inches. After two years since I started I am below average for the waist (35 right now vs 45 when I started). I am a hair away from the average weight too!! Unbelievable!
