For July my goal is to walk on the treadmill 4x per week for 30 minute intervals. My hope is to increase the incline past 5 and the speed past 3 by the end of the month.
Gardnerjoy:Congrats on exercising every day for the last 5 years! That is incredibly impressive You have inspired me to see if I can exercise for 22 days per month for at least 20 minutes. I may increase it after I am able to make this goal. I've added this as a second goal for July.
July goal: 1100 minutes of exercise and exercise 24 days in July (for at least 20 minutes or more each time)
07-02: golf game 20/1100, 1/24 days of exercise (I played golf for 2 hours but only counting 20 minutes - walk time during game)
07-04: 85 hike 105/1100, 2/24 days
07/05: 100 hike 205/1100, 3/24 days
07/06: 35 walk 240/1100, 4/24 days
07/08: 80 hike 320/1100, 5/24 days
07/09: 110 hike 430/1100, 6/24 days
