Gardenerjoy - thanks for starting the July thread. I made my exercise goal in June so I'm going to try for 1100 minutes of exercise this month.

For July my goal is to walk on the treadmill 4x per week for 30 minute intervals. My hope is to increase the incline past 5 and the speed past 3 by the end of the month.

Gardnerjoy: Congrats on exercising every day for the last 5 years! That is incredibly impressive You have inspired me to see if I can exercise for 22 days per month for at least 20 minutes. I may increase it after I am able to make this goal. I've added this as a second goal for July.

July goal: 1100 minutes of exercise and exercise 24 days in July (for at least 20 minutes or more each time)

07-02: golf game 20/1100, 1/24 days of exercise (I played golf for 2 hours but only counting 20 minutes - walk time during game)
07-04: 85 hike 105/1100, 2/24 days
07/05: 100 hike 205/1100, 3/24 days
07/06: 35 walk 240/1100, 4/24 days
07/08: 80 hike 320/1100, 5/24 days
07/09: 110 hike 430/1100, 6/24 days

I started my journey on the 1st of July & so far so good. I've lost 5kg's in total, my goal is to lose 10 kgs by the end of the month... Wish me luck
