July Weight Loss Challenge
This month, let's declare independence from bad food habits and the freedom to establish better ones.

I will jump in on the challenge this month. I’ve been off and on my plan since the first of the year and desperately need to get 100% back on track.
My goal is to drop 10 pounds by 7/31.
