June Exercise Challenge
June is a wonderful time to give our exercise a summer boost. How will you move your body this summer?
State your exercise goal and track it throughout the month with this supportive group of fellow exercisers. We'll compile our workout goals into a list. I dropped out for about three weeks in May to deal with retirement and the end of the school year. My goal in June will be 800 minutes of intentional exercise. I made my goal but haven't done much exercise for the past several days as we've been having a heat wave with temperatures in the 40 degree Celsius/over 104 Fahrenheit - way too hot to exercise.
