Abs day. 17. 2 miles 18. 19. 20. Yoga. 21. 22. Yoga. 23. 24. 25. 12 miles. Abs day 26. 8 miles 27. 8 miles. Weightlifting. 28. 29. 4 miles. Abs day. 30. 12 miles 31. 2 miles. Arms/triceps/biceps 134 miles? I crushed my goal. :D |
