Saturday I had a good start to the day, I did Insanity and my 30 minute walk. The evening I celebrated my birthday with a karaoke session with friends (we've been self isolating in the same building for 3 weeks) and had a LOT to drink + 1.5 servings of BBQ. I had an amazing time and got very drunk

Unfortunately I had a bit of a bubbly stomach earlier in the night so I had to take a couple rounds of pepto, which always throws my poop schedule off for a few days
Yesterday I was recovering, I think I drank about 5 bottles of water! I ate quite a bit too, toast, leftover BBQ and then Katsudon at around 8pm. This morning I weighed in at 197.2 lbs, had to step on the scale a few times to make sure it was right, but sure enough! Not gonna beat myself up, it's all of the above and I had a great time so no regrets. Today is my actual birthday, so I'm going to be naughty for one more day (burger and cake) but I'm going to also stick to my workout routine and do an Insanity and walk. The pepto seems to finally be passing through my system so I'm hoping that'll cause a drop too. The 197.2 lbs will probably throw off my average for the week but oh well, it's my birthday weekend!
darius - It's always nice having to buy smaller clothes, well done!
Slimmer me - Congrats on the loss this month! It's been a good time to focus on weight loss despite the situation.
