Poor food choices! Sodium-ridden and sweets were the highlight of yesterday. I was conscious of my choices though, and I just told myself I'll be better today. Our training had a bunch of poi and glazed croissant donuts, and my grandma offered me an apple pastry after I delivered flowers for her birthday. Normally, I'd say no, but eh...I figured I made it all in-esque by eating the way I did...sooo, it just means I'll have either three of those days this week, or I'll have to be conscious of choices on one day over the weekend (which is another busy one, oops!!)...happy Friday everyone! Looking forward to the weekend already.

Remarkable consistency! Although, I suspect it went up a couple of weeks ago and down since then.

So I didn't lose much, only about 1/2 pound, but this is the first month since about November that I haven't gained, so losing anything at all is a huge win for me. I've stopped the gain and have returned to the right mindset and am slowly losing again. Good first step. On to April
