Riestrella - That's encouraging! I do stretching and strengthening stuff for my leg because otherwise it gets really stiff and sore. Maybe there's hope for me! But even if there's not, I can still walk fine on it (so long as I do my exercises) so that's my main thing.
Atarimae - getting your wisdome teeth pulled is an adventure all right! I'm glad you were able to get that done! When I did it I couldn't brush my teeth for a while per my instructions, and that was my least favorite part.
Lacerta - Congrats! Almost 172.x is awesome!
Mara - My weight tends to go up or stall for a long time before it drops again. I think it might be related to my menstruation cycle (maybe?). Maybe yours does too?
etherbunny - How fun! how was your trip?

Trying to catch up a bit. Work has been nuts and it's unlikely to get better. I like my work but... well, it is what it is.
So, my weight is hanging out. Not a real gain, so I'll take it.

I think my anxiety got the better of me + with the decrease in temperature (yay!) my body has been fighting off a cold. Been feel lethargic and run down. I've identified some issues I've been having with my weight loss - late night snacking and breakfast. Breakfast has started to become something large like an egg sandwich, then when I get to lunch I feel programmed to have ANOTHER sandwich because I've been in that habit for 30 years so it'll be a tough nut to crack. I want to start having small breakfasts, something like fruit, which works fine for when I go to my creative agency job. Late night snacking is self explanatory, I don't even know I'm doing it until I'm stuffing my face with chips and salsa and look at the clock and it reads 10pm. Oof.
