~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~
Welp I managed to lose 0.5 lbs last week. While I am happy that I lost weight and didn't gain, I know I need to step up my game with my eating to really start losing! Yesterday I was both good and bad, I went on my second run of the week and managed to go a little bit further in the same amount of time which I'm happy with. However (always a however!) I was not good on the food front. I had a banana for breakfast, a nutrigrain bar, a slice of Costco pizza, a bagel, butter chicken curry and then fruit. Too much! I really didn't need that bagel but once we picked them up from Costco I just felt this urge to eat one and gave myself the "I only had a small breakfast" excuse and completely glazed over the fact I had a greasy slice of pizza an hour before. Saying that I really didn't need the slice of pizza but don't take that away from me yet
On to hopefully a better week! I'm feeling confident I can fit in my runs this week, so I'm determined on that front. I do know that when I start exercising I stall in my weight loss then suddenly I'll have a whoosh. This might be a frustrating month for me because of that, just need to keep reminding myself of that!
VickieLou, Atarimae, Lacerta - Well done on your weigh ins!
Keep on trucking,
