    My goal for July is 1200 minutes of intentional (not incidental) exercise.

    July1: 15 min exercise bike AM; 60 min water walking in pool AM; 50 min walking dvd PM
    July2: 75 min water walking AM; 50 min dvd walk PM
    July3: 65 min water walking AM (off to a good start this month, which may be needed when I miss days later due to travel); 20 min exercise bike
    July4: 65 min water walk AM; 55 min dvd walk PM
    July5: 60 min water walk/swim AM; 30 min outdoor walk AM; 25 min exercise bike PM
    July6: 60 min water walk AM; 15 min exercise bike PM

    Yesterday marks my 3rd anniversary of daily exercise. I haven't missed a day since the end of June 2016 when my husband had an emergency appendectomy.
